Follow the steps below to practise downloading and saving your first document.

1. Click the download button
2. Wait for the document to download
3. Open File Explorer
4. Maximise the window
5. Double-click the downloaded file
💡 If the Word document opens in Protected View, click Enable Editing at the top of the document so you can type your name and save your work.

6. Type your name into the document
7. Go to: File > Save As > Browse > Documents
8. Click Save As
9. Change the file name to: Your Name – My First Download
10. Click Save
